Thank you for introducing me to my new alkalizing life/programme.

Since the test my energy levels have increased and I no longer need masses of coffee with sugars to get me through the day.

My taste buds have changed and i rarely crave alcohol or sweet things! In fact when I do have them, very occasionally, I no longer enjoy them.

My moods are much improved and I do not feel hungry often. My energy levels are good despite a heavy work load.
