Case study for Helen Dixon
My name is Helen Dixon. I live in North Wales right by the sea.Back in April last year I became quite ill with an illness called Polymyalgia Rheumatica It is inflamation of the muscles. I have to be on steroids to control the stiffness and pain. I was off work for three months and had to give up walking and most other tasks that I could do without thinking. Then in May last year my son Scott introduced me to Errol Denton's healthy eating plan and I have never looked back.

I feel much more alert and have more energy than I have had in a long time .

I have not had tea or coffee for about 5 months now and I don't miss them at all .

I have not had a cold for about a year now and that is something because I work on the Healthcare counter in Boots and you get germs of all kinds coming up to you.

Athough my weight is still the same because of the steroids ,I am looking forward to the day when I stop them and I know the weight will come off. I don't eat as many sweet things and don't seem to have a craving for them. I am back walking and doing everything I could do before. I don't think my life would be the same without this healthy eating plan.

Scott's wife Joanna is now on the programme.

Update

I started taking on the programme back in May 2005 and felt an immediate improvement in both my energy and alertness.

My skin also started to look and feel better with a real glow coming back to my complexion.

What made me realise the difference eating healthy made to me was when I stopped for a few months. Again I felt the difference straight away.

I would unreservedly recommend this programme to anyone, I started eating this way back in May 2005 and felt an immediate improvement in both my energy and alertness.
